What is Resin?

Resin is a concentrated form of cannabis that is derived from the trichomes of the cannabis plant. These trichomes contain high concentrations of cannabinoids, the active chemical compounds in cannabis, such as THC and CBD.

Resin is typically sticky and varies in colour from light to dark brown or black. It’s produced by separating the trichomes from the cannabis plant and then compressing them into a solid form. This process concentrates the cannabinoids, making the resin more potent than the plant material from which it was derived.
