What happens if my order is missing or presumed stolen?

We take the security of your delivery very seriously. If contactless delivery is requested, our drivers will place your order in a mailbox or other hidden location a photo will be sent. Please contact us immediately if confirmation is not received.

Please advise once confirmation has been sent we are unable to be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Please consider in-person delivery if you feel it is unsafe to leave a package unattended.
