How much Mushrooms do I need to get high?

Mushrooms affects different people in different ways. For beginners, 0.5 grams to 1 gram will probably be the best dose for that individual, whereas for someone more seasoned in taking mushrooms can handle a bit more around 2 to 4 grams. It all comes down to the type of mushrooms you have, how well they’re grown, what you’ve ingested prior to eating them and a few other factors. Each batch is different and some stems and caps might be stronger than others. Always start low and go slow when eating magic mushrooms for the first time.
